This place is actually pretty nice. The front desk staff is very curious. Surprised it is a 2 star when I stay at some Fairfield inns. They’ve really stepped up their game with remodeling. The hotel is close to train tracks which may wake you. The AC is also a little loud. Other than that - Beds and comfy, room is clean, the pool looks clean. The gym is sufficient but if you exercise early or late, I could not get the lights to stay on longer than 10 minutes. Coffee machine in the room didn’t work so that was a disappointment I’ll pass on because I’m up far too early to get some and I’d rather not run that errand. Jack n the box, a coffee spot, gas station and bobs burgers are next door. Starbucks and subway are just down the street.

Biggest kudos to this stay was actually the manager, Sandy I think her name is. She did what I think a manager should do by stepping up when needed. Not only that but she had a pleasant attitude, friendly, helpful, and engaging. However, I think the room cleanliness could've been better, and our shower created pools of water outside of shower door but we liked the bed comfort and enjoyed the breakfast-lots of options. Housekeeping folks were also engaging.

It was one of the nicer hotels I've been at, but s piece of trim broke off in my hand. Also, the housekeeping wasn't up to par my second day here. The bed was haphazardly made and the bathroom just given only a cursory clean. I got a king size suite and would use them again.

We stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott in Burlington this last weekend to celebrate our daughter's 6th birthday. We had an absolutely wonderful time and we cannot say enough about the amazing staff!! From the moment we checked in, we felt so welcome. Tarquin at the front desk was so kind to our daughter and gave her some candy as a little birthday surprise. We went to dinner on Saturday night and when we returned, there was another birthday surprise that had been left on our door by Amy at the front desk - she had written a birthday card for our daughter and filled little goodie bags for both of our kids with snacks and coloring pages. We couldn't believe the kindness and the staff truly made our daughter's birthday so special. The room was clean and lovely and the pool and breakfast the next morning were fantastic as well. Thank you all for making this last weekend such a special experience for our daughter and for our whole family!

Always friendly staff, always clean rooms. Remodel looks fantastic. North side is a treat with a view of the wetlands. Always enjoy the scenery outside the pools windows and gazebo out back. South side you can always catch a great sunrise.

A little pricey given accomodations. Easy access to highway to get to nearby towns quickly. Overall good. Had a little trouble logging onto the WiFi, but I eventually sorted it out. First floor by the exterior door was a little noisy at night. The people across the hall were also a bit loud going in an out of their room. Maybe having breakfast open a little earlier would be nice.

We ended up at the Marriott Fairfield by Accident! LOL We literally CRASHED OUR TRAVEL TRAILER & CHEV TAHOE out on the I-5 South. After the terrible ordeal out on Highway the wonderful SARGENT from the local detachment brought us over to the FAIRFIELD. From Checkin at approx 7pm at night, They WELCOMED us so warmly I sincerely am CRYING writing this. My wife, Myself and our 17 year old Cat "Isabella" almost DIED 3-4 hours ago on Interstate. We are CANADIANS who had just begun a trip South. The STAFF HERE ARE SIMPLY AMAZING. They shared their sincere wishes and concern for what just occurred. Everyday outside factors can be stressful: INSURANCE CO., Banking, Mobile Providers. You must understand our vehicle and Trailer are DESTROYED with all your best laid plans inside. Throughout are daily stays (As Ins, BCAA, ICBC, Having no Vehicle) continued to make us feel USELESS< BETRAYED and HUMILIATED because of an Accident. THE STAFF AT FAIRFIELD made us feel: WELCOME< LOVED and went above and beyond to help us be comfortable. During the WEEK OF HELL.... this Magnificent Staff was attentive to the fact that: I was having sleep difficulties, My wife Medicine was locked away, My phone barely worked, We were in a way Basically "Homeless". THANK YOU.... THANK YOU ...> THANK YOU! Yes hotels can be "expensive" (They gave us the best rate) Yes things dont always go perfectly ( They sure went out of their way to accommodate). I am now a Marriott Travel Member. This tragedy.... has some really nice results. GOD BLESS the STAFF! Thank you Marriott for Hiring & Training these people. 5 STARS for there Hospitality! This hotel is very clean. Has good sized rooms and a great continental breakfast. The breakfast was a little different each day we were there. The staff was always friendly also. The beds were comfy.
